Your body spends the majority of its energy breaking down solid food. During a juice cleanse, your body devotes more energy into detoxing, while still providing your body the fuel it needs through juice.

We don't want your body to starve for nutrients during your cleanse! WHEN TO START & HOW TO STOP
How long is based on if you have never done a cleanse before or if you have been doing juice cleanses for a hot minute, Definitely plan your juice cleanse, make sure you can adequately transition into and out of it. If you're new to this we suggest starting on a three day cleanse and working your way up. When your cleanse is up, It's best to ease back into eating solids again.
